The Main Bed & Breakfast Inn and Bounding Main Sail Charters, located in Palacios on the Texas Gulf Coast. Capt. Nick Nichols and Bosun Kathy Nichols are the innkeepers and your hosts for enjoying the sights of town, as well as Tres Palacios and Matagorda Bays.

Details: The Inn is a German Gothic-style stone house, built in 1917. From it's spacious front porch to sunroom to gardens and bungalows, attention has been given to preserve the character of the home. Our sailboat is Papillon, a 1977 Heritage yacht, with a roomy cockpit and comfy V-berth which provide a beautiful sunset view and a wonderful night's rest.

Choose from five accommodations at the Inn: two rooms in the main house, each with private baths and private entrances; three bungalows with full kitchens, A/C and television - ideal for families; or stay aboard Papillon, berthed at Serendipity Marina, just a few blocks from the Inn. Full breakfast is included.
